FBI Lautoka Campus
Tsubasa Oyama is one of the School Leaders for Lautoka Campus.
He dedicates his time to Learning English and improving his communication skills via daily conversations in English with colleagues and liaising with teachers for a variety of activities that occur during school and after school hours.
He displays a humble and approachable personality.
As a background, he was an office worker in Japan and his Fiji life is totally different from his previous working life and he has become used to the relaxing environment thus he admires the atmosphere here in Fiji.
A contrast to Ms. Chinatsu but an inspiration for the former office worker's studying and planning to get away from the day to day routine of working life.
It's risky to give up a secure job but as Tsubasa says, to be strong mentally is the key to leaving that comfort zone and branching out.
